How do we book our dog into the daycare?

We will only allow owners to book days once we are know that they comfortable in the environment, and by "graduating" our Stage 03. Once we are happy that they are comfortable, we will add you onto our booking app for you to book as you please!

What app do you use to book and how are payments made?

We use the "My Pet Walker" app, where all of your details are safely stored, and you can book the services and days you need. Payments are taken either when booking (online card payment) or for those wanting a membership, a standing order will be set up. All payments are to be made prior to the dogs attending.

Does my dog need to be neutered?

No - we accept all in tact dogs, all we ask is that if your female dog is in heat, please keep them out of daycare. If this is not possible we can put other procedures in place, however attendance is at the owners risk.

How do I find you?

The best way to find us is to use google maps, and search for Hounds Dog Daycare. This should bring you straight to us through Lount and onto Melbourne Road.

If for any reason the satnav takes you to Hall Farm through Coleorton, please note that whilst it is possible to get to the site from here, the track is very rough and quite some distance. We would recommend turning around, heading towards Lount and waiting for the satnav to redirect you the correct way. 

Alternatively, please use the postcode LE65 1RS, the entrance to the track is opposite Summit Platforms. Once you have turned in, please follow the track straight up, and around 250 metres down this track, our car park is on the left. 

Do you accept "snappy" or reactive dogs?

If your dog has previously shown unwanted behaviour to other dogs, we would suggest that they join our Stage 02 programme. This will allow us to monitor their behaviour, determine what the triggers may be, so we can then manage this. Our aim is to be able to invite all types of dogs into our daycare, to help improve their behaviour, allowing them to enjoy the benefits of a daycare.
